Unprofessional

I have had a very difficult time finding a good dentist in the Valley, and Southwest Dental Group is a shining example of incompetence on every level. The billing procedures are shady; the staff are unclear on what exactly is going on with your mouth, even after 20 questions, and the amount of x-rays they took was obscene. I transferred those films to another dentist who said that they were done very shoddily and he was having a hard time reading them. I witnessed patient after patient become terribly frustrated with the staff because they couldn't get a straight answer out of them. After two hours of waiting and being transferred to several different exam rooms and waiting rooms (I was only there for x-rays!), I was finally billed and was able to leave, confused and angry.
